  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving the item. Below is our detailed return and exchange process:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Process

  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
